NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Superstition Mountains Community Facilities District No. 1 (the “District”) will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Section 1.1.12 of the District’s Operating Policies and Procedures (the “Policies and Procedures”) on February 26, 2019, at 8:00 a.m., in the District Board Room, 5661 South Ironwood Drive, Apache Junction, Arizona 85120‑9506 to invite comments on the proposed amendments to the Policies and Procedures.
Interested persons will be given the opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing. The proposed amendments may be reviewed in advance of the meeting by clicking on the link below. A copy of the proposed amendments may also be obtained at the District’s office located at 5661 South Ironwood Drive, Apache Junction, Arizona, 85120, from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.
