Request Duplicate Statements

The District offers property owners the ability to have one (1) duplicate statement sent to either the tenant at the service address (sent in the name of Current Resident), or to a property manager.  However, the account will remain in the name of the property owner, and only the property owner can be held legally responsible for fees and charges assessed by the District.

Before setting up Duplicate Statements, please read the Terms and Conditions:  

If you would like a duplicate statement sent to your Tenant or Property Manager, please complete the Duplicate Statement Authorization Form. Your request will be processed within 5 business day.

 *Duplicate statement request forms must be completed and signed by the property owner. Requests from Tenants or  Property Managers can not be honored without written consent from the property owner.
