How to Setup a New Online Account
1. Click on the Pay Bill button.
2. Click on the Create an Account link.
3. Enter your Billing ID as it appears on your statement.
4. Enter your Last Name or Business Name as it appears on your statement.
5. Choose a User Name and Password.
6. Enter your e-mail address and choose a security question and answer.
7. Click the Submit button. You will receive an e-mail which requires you to verify your account. Please check your spam or junk e-mail folder if you have not received a verification email.
8. Follow the Click Here to Verify Your Account link in your verification e-mail. When your account has been verified you will see a message stating that your account has been approved.
9. Once your account has been approved, follow the Click Here to Login link, which is the second link in your verification e-mail, to log in to your account.
10. You will be redirected to the account login screen and can view, edit or change your personal account information or pay your bill.
